I have just bought GOG BG2 but have graphics issues. There is flicker and horizontal lines. I am on W7 and have Nvidia GTX460. Have the latest driver and have searched forums but do not seem to be able to find a fix directly related. Any advice? Have I just missed a forum post and it is already solved?

Try following the post here. It applies to other Nvidia cards as well.
