That looks more like it. The only contentious issue I can see is the one above, the BETA Core Fixes. Because those fixes have not been widely tested 'in the wild', they are subject to the beta caveat: anything could happen.

Let's try to narrow it down. Where does the game crash, and under what circumstances, and does it do it in the same spot every time? Do you get an error message or dialog? If so, what does it say... word for word?

it crashes at the same time. after the second talk with elhan, when he teleports us from the exit of the underdark the game loads and crashes everytime....

Ok, save your game just before you go to speak with Elhan for the second time. Once you've done that, DON'T speak to him, but try to fast travel to the Forest of Tethir. That's the forest where you meet up with Coran and Safana. This is where Elhan teleports you, because it hides the entrance to Suldanesselar. Can you fast travel there, or does the game crash?

Then you have a corrupt area file in your saved game. If you like, zip up the save game folder -- ONLY that one save, because it must be small size -- then rename the zip to jpg and attach it here. I will have a look at it.
