I downloaded the offline installer and all the parts. When I run the installer I get an error that part 27 cannot be found. Part 27 is in the same folder as the installer. I have redownloaded part 27 in case there was an issue the first time I downloaded but the part still can't be located.

I have searched around and kind find any posts related to this.

Can anyone help with this?

What version of the game did you download?
The file name of the exe file and bin 1-26, do they match the name of bin 27?
If the name/version number is different, it will not work. renaming the file will not work.

Version 4.1.1.3905231. All the bin's match. I may have used the wrong process. I downloaded all files to a folder then opened the installer.
I just downloaded the installer only and it seems to be going through the install process now.

Do you need to download all files before beginning installation.

That seemed to fix it. I needed to run the installer separately then point it to the location of the bin files.

Hi, so you would download all the files first and have all files in the same folder.
In this case for version 4.1.1.3905231 - there would be a total of 28 files.

The first file would be the executable, the exe file you double click to install the game.
Then next 27 files will be bin files. So in theory it should be working.

Its possible the exe was corrupted and you re-downloading it fixed the issue.
