i normally list these one by one but this patch is so busted i'll keep them together
lets start with what actually works
fixes
the robe of poison you get from the Spider Queen has been fixed to not work for every type of damage

the wall in the druid grove has be covered so we can't see the matrix anymore

and walking past the boy into the water at the harpie battle doesn't turn your screen black anymore

changes
the 3 fishermen digging out the mindflayer has been removed from game
Shadowheart now has the firebolt spell
so the warlock pet no longer unlocks teleport waypoints and character invis spell now goes away after X turns... i assume Larian did this by design

bugs
3 for the Sovereign
1 ui losses his buttions in ambush fights
2 gets too many pets [long rest clears this]
and killing the evil dwarf cleric autoscripts killing his undead... great except it also kills your Sovereign pet
4 the first time you craft returns an error image [odd bug] to be be clear, the item IS made and you even get the +1 point if you have the tradeing background but the image looks like it failed
5 the rock under the busted bridge west of blighted village can't be moved [sse rock]

Bug continue buttion is busted by this patch as is the consol pud to release Shadowheart

if you use cross saves to play on more than one computer then DON"T press continue as it no longer syncs ... when they changed the ui for this patch they didn't undate the script so it only shows the last on each computer not the last save overall

Script erros
a Paladin taking to her results in the quest to kick the Tief-lings out not being given because that line is the one Larian copied over [see no quest] i.e, hay dum bitch you asked to see me now wft do you want?

change
to get the Sivanus you now have to throw the rock which is scripted to auto start combat unless the bear can't see you do it [see Silvanus]

still busted
Pickpocket Rath still results in autocombat when you fail and still buggs out every single time... you can trap him to stop the game making him walk outside but he always turns yellow i.e, not for or against you... even if you hit him

reaction script bug
it took a while to figger this one out because the pets don't change sides and you keep [almost] full control over them

what happens in patch 9 is the club gives you madness which in turn makes the user treated as hostile... that part is buggy but its by design

the key here is pets of the character which turn mad now treat your group as hostile and in turn are treated as hostile by your group [see images] so if you move them they take reactions against each other waiting their turns and taking damage

taking the orb spell at level up when you already have it results in never being able to cast again

halfings get the special option to ask for two greater healing potions when they first talk to aunty in the druid grove but it bugs out and gives you none... other non-halfling characters get 1

this is a long standing bug reported before by me and others but its really just a simple spelling mistake in Larians code... anyway still in patch 9
the very expenive images have to stay hidden so a thief can't just take it
