Any idea why? After hitting retry several times, I opted to try ignore. The installation completes, but the opening cut scene has a frame rate of approximately 1 but the sound works fine. Cursory reading leads me to believe that this file decodes animations and is therefore likely, in its absence, causing this visual issue.

EDIT: Thought better of leaving this thread open without posting basic system specs for analysis.
