Hi All thanks for all your help with avernum 1--now i have the above spell but it is shaded out and i am ivl 12-supposedly i can use it at lvl 9--did i miss some sort of activation sequemce--thanks bunches sslayz

If I recall, you'll need an item to use this. A soul crystal, instead of a Crystal Soul.

But best double mark others for confirmation.
