Mr. Hawthorn (the jester of Avernum) took a vacation. He is on leave right now and is currently enjoying himself at the mausoleum by Mertis. He is also breaking off my relationship with Erika (the damsel) Redmark. I want to know-WHY?

Erika is jeff's way of saying that his wife Mariann is a wonderful person by making a spitting image of her in erika. But when she gets angry, she is like Erika. Whereas Jeff himself is more like Redbeard from the Avadon series.

Basically the whole shit hits the fan when you slaughter everyone in Mertis. Erika gets pissed and Captain Johnson from Duvno goes awol. When Johnson goes awol he starts slaughtering nephilim and cooking their spleens as he is a ruthless warrior.

If you think I am crazy then your probably right but hey, I don't drink that often.

Slaughter... everyone... in... Mertis... when?

This makes less sense each time I read it.
