Playing the Tennari Glacier campaign, and hit the 300 building limit. Any way to increase it?

The game is asking me increase moral to 90%, and don't see how it's possible, if I cannot build more stuff like air intake filters, greenhouses, retail centers, etc., etc.

In the game options, you can choose to ignore the 300-building limit. However, the more you build, the harder it will impact your system.

Thanks for responding. Uninstalled this game almost 2 months ago (got my money's worth out of it). Irony is that the machine that it was installed on could have probably many more buildings.

Shame on me for not digging deeper into the game options. :(
