My Surface has an Intel 620 integrated graphics and an i7 8650 cPU, 16GB RAM. Yeah, I know it's not a gaming PC, but it can handle many games on low settings, and I'm curious if this would run well on it. By "well" I mean stable 30 frames per second, at low resolution and lowest quality settings. Also, does the UI get blurry and unreadable when the resolution is set to low? Many Unity games become unplayable at anything lower than 720p because the UI isn't clear at those resolutions.
