Although I assume by now you may have either beaten it, or abandoned the game ^^
I don't know of any cheats.
The original release of this game, from 2006, had a chapter selection that would have solved this problem as well. Don't know why they removed it.
I don't think you're alone with having trouble in this level. But I remember beating it eventually when I was a kid, and I'm sure you can as well if it isn't too frustrating.
For anyone who wants to make it, try standing near the 2 target positions on one side so you always have an angle on them even when the barrier walls appear. When the ground moves up and reveales the target, you can still hit it through the gap that exists.
Also, remember that making a break occasionally makes a ridiculous difference, that's just how humans work. Even if it's only 10 minutes, you can often perform a lot better after that.
Thanks for the offer, a friend was bored and tried the level about three times, he didn't really know the controls, he didn't really know what he was doing, he was a in a mix of stoned and drunk condition, and... he beat it. In a flash! Son of a bitch!
I directly made a copy of the savegames, let him play a little more, copied the savegames back and finally went on and finished the game!
Nevertheless, it's a shame they didin't put cheats in the final product. A time freeze, a god mode would have been nice.
