DamoclesAlpha: The Steam release got an update last December. According to the patch notes the update featured "Improved performance". As far as I know, the GOG.com release hasn't got any updates/patches. Is this update coming to GOG.com at some point? If not, are these "performance improvements" already implemented in the GOG.com version (released about three and half months before the Steam update)?
This update is included in the GOG.com version :)

IronArcturus: So what exactly was improved in the game? Was the engine modified?
I don't know. All I saw in the changelog was "improved performance" and that's it.
