I'm unable to initiate dialogue with Raven in Qintarra. I beat up Myrth and took his amulet and then found Qintarra myself by combing the forest over the course of an ingame month. The only problem is, when I try to talk to Raven, I can't initiate dialogue, she's the same as any other guard.

If I ask Virgil what we're supposed to be doing, he still talks about going to Stillwater for directions, even though we are actually IN Qintarra.

Sounds like the game didn't set some internal flags, because you skipped a few steps.

If you have Myrrh's amulet, you can bring it to the Shrouded Hills herbologist (who would've given you such a quest, if you were the least bit evil at the time) and she'll officially point you to both Qintarra and a gap in the mountains (Hardin's Pass).

You then need to actually traverse Hardin's Pass. It's fairly linear, but how thoroughly you explore it (and how many creatures you kill) is up to you.

Once you've done these, the main quest will proceed accordingly.

I found and went through Hardin's Pass already, I'm actually in Qintarra now. I found it the hard way.

I got that. Finding it isn't enough. You have to be told, in-game, where it is. Either from Myrth, or from Gaylin.
