Does the manual contain the Arcanum Hint Book/Strategy Guide/ IIRC it wasn't the best, some something is better than nothing.

Unfortunately, it does not.
Fortunately, though, I happen to have my own copy of the Player's Strategy Guide, purchased off of Amazon many years ago. It's physical rather than digital, so I can't just put it up online; but feel free to post whatever questions you may have, and I'll be happy to respond.
