As the title said im new to the series it looks like fun. But before I buy it I just want to know A few things.

1. Wich one is best to buy for a beginner?
2. wich one is best as a sandbox game
3. can it run on windows 10

1. and 2. - our newest addition, Anno 1404, incredibly fun game, in my opinion the best in the series.

3. Yes, it can run on Win10.

Thanks i bought it and have to say its a fun game still have to learn tough since with the campaign keeps saying that i have to build 2 woodcutters and already have build them.
