Some people seem to have some frame rate and other issues on win8&10. Has anyone tried it on win7 yet?

Works as should for me, on win 7 64 bit, no frame rate issues.

works fine for me on win 10 no frame rate issues. On xp and win 7 I got a flicker on the start menu but that has disappeared on win 10
