Doesn't matter which series you play first (Secret Files or Lost Horizon) as they are not connected so take your pick. The order of the individual games are;
Secret Files: Tunguska
Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis
Secret Files 3
Secret Files: Sam Peters
Lost Horizon
Lost Horizon 2
Secret Files: Tunguska
Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis
Secret Files 3
Secret Files: Sam Peters
Lost Horizon
Lost Horizon 2

SF: SP is a subplot of SF2.
I'd play SF1, SF2, SF:SP, SF3.
I'd play SF1, SF2, SF:SP, SF3.
