Hi, guys. As the title implies, I couldn't find Rukh on my first visit to the Red Light District (second visit to Sender Station), and I'm not sure what I've missed. I seem to remember talking to him about his next move before entering the RLD at the ticket office where he gave me the second quest, but now I can't find him anywhere, neither at the ticket office, nor in the RLD. Anyone can help?
I encountered the photos deletion bug once at Democratus, and not sure if his missing is another glitch.

EDIT: just read from another walkthrough that Rukh won't be in RLD until I come back from Hephaestus. Well, I'll wait and see until then.
