I noticed these patches were posted back in September 2014

Does anyone know if these unofficial patches are included in the GOG version?

Pretty sure, since there's a text file called "Anachronox v1.02 Build 46 README" in the main folder.

Yes, the GOG version does already include all of the official and unofficial patches. The only thing not already installed with the GOG version, is the optional widescreen fix, which can be found at WSGF.
