I made it to Sender Station. Detective Rukh is supposed to be by the ticket area? I have read a walkthru and he isn't here. Any ideas on how to make him appear?

South Nox became a real bore after a while, didn't it? Glad to get out of that hole.
Regarding the Detective, did you do the previous mission requiring information from Kewp's Apartment in C5 building?

Sometimes he's just outside of the station, next to the door. Oh, and be sure to talk to a certain monk in the station proper, since he's no longer there on subsequent visits to the station, and he can upgrade Grumpos' Yammer skill to master level.
