I'm deep in Anachronox since I found it on GoG.com. Unfortunately now I'm stuck on the shuttle to Sender. I talked to everybody, done any interaction possible. The shuttle has been going for the past 15 minutes.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Did you talk to the woman in the corner? It might be a bit hard to click on her with those other two people in the way.
