I just arrived at the Democratus surface part (Whitendon) and need to take photos of the crime scene there, but hitting F11 doesn't do anything. When I load earlier manual saves I can take pictures using F11, so I don't know why I suddenly can't do that on Democratus surface. I bought the disc version on ebay, because GoG took to long add it, so it's not GoG's fault. I have the "Anachronox v1.02 Build 46" patch and everything has worked fine, I just can't activate the camera in Whitendon. Is there some cheat to skip to a later section or something like that or to add the camera in another way or something?

I loaded an auto-save (one with a cutscene attached to it) of the Rictus part and am now able to activate the camera outside my ship inside Rictus villain ship. I saved manually there, because auto-saves named "auto" in the Restore Universe list makes the game crash. I don't know if the camera will stop working later on, because when I loaded an auto-save of getting put in prison the camera doesn't work. I don't want to play through the whole Rictus part just to discover that the camera still doesn't work in Whitendon. Even were that not the case, it still seems an awful lot of work just to fix this problem, but it's more fun to play the rest of the game than watch a Let's Play video.

SOLVED: I redid the whole Rictus part, regularly checking if the camera still worked and when I landed in Whitendon I was actually able to activate it. I guess it was just some random bug that couldn't be solved by any other means than replaying a previous section of the game.
