I did all the tutorial courses, talked to everyone after. Only redid the Stealth course.
The game is telling me to return to the Interrogation room, but I go there, standing right on the marker, and nothing happens.
No noticeable items to interact with, no NPCs present to talk to.
I didn't get to play the game back in the day, so I can't process of elimination anything.
Halp!

Restarting the game and going through it all again worked.
Thank goodness it was an early bug.
I heard this game was buggy, so it could be an unsolvable [by player] bug.
