Has anyone gotten this to run via Wine yet?
I know the Linux client will be out eventually, but it'd be great to have it running in Wine now even so...

Judging by age you can wrap it around an XP bottle and load up some safe graphics options. I'd try fullscreen first to make sure you can swap back to your native res, if it fails, virtual desktop. :)

The game itself runs under Wine and it doesn't require too much fiddling. But if you want to play multiplayer then it may not be possible at the moment. At least I haven't seen anybody succeed in making Galaxy client working as intended through Wine.
