It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've bought game before it went off sale.
Today i tried to download it via gog downloader which i always use and IMO is the best option.
But it seems that while removing game from store GOG Team deleted DOD downloader links page.

Anyone else can confirm this?

Confirmed, https://www.gog.com/downloader/listing/alan_wake just leads to a 404 page.

They also mentioned it's not an issue with the website/downloading from the library.

I believe GOG stopped supporting GOG Downloader not long before they started to push people toward using Galaxy, so even contacting them about the issue with Alan Wake's broken Downloader URL might prove a bit useless.

no i'm not using gog downloader, i meant i click on my username, go to games ,then into the search field, then alan wake, then on one of the download links and then it starts downloading that part

i can't see it being any different unless op is using a different operating system or a different web browser

I'm aware of what you're doing, I was referring to Radscorpion - their issue was with not being able to download the game through the Downloader. They wanted confirmation on whether the Downloader-specific URL for the game even worked, I replied with the confirmation that it doesn't.

It is different since they prefer using the Downloader vs. methods that are known to work (like downloading through the site or GOG Galaxy).
I too can confirm that the downloader link does not work and only leads to a 404 page. I'm going to try getting it from the Backup & Goodies from GOG Galaxy.

EDIT: I can confirm that you can download it from GOG Galaxy.
