I've made preorder for Age of Wonders III Deluxe Edition and it has just come available. Or so it seems. When I click on download link, I get this: Can't get it started with GoG Downloader either. Could someone pass the word to someone managing the files and get it fixed?

I think there servers are overloading, got the same error... and the support page had a picture of a bear with the planet on his back saying to come back later :0

Same here. I am very disappointed since Steam users are reportedly already downloading. :-(

If you look in your browsers address it says preorder in there, im sure its wrong. 403 forbidden is a generic server message when you try to access content you dont have permissions for, has nothing to do with server overloaded. That would be more like 404 or a 500.

I had the same problem. I tried accessing the files through the store rather than the "My Games" page and that worked. I might just have been lucky, though.

I clicked on that link. Game changed from AoW3 Deluxe Edition with Sorceress on cover to non-deluxe AoW3 with warlord. Thanks man >:(

But at least I got download going...

This just in from support personnel:

this icon appears when i lauch aow3 :This application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem. I uninstalled and reinstall but the problem always comes back
