Cool to see, we're very early in the stream as I type this, so you've probably figured it out by the time you read this, but the frequency of attacks depend on the action points you have used up.
Stay in the green: 3 attacks, yellow: 2, orange: 1.
Of course, there are attacks that only trigger once anyhow, so there you have increased mobility.
