Storming around with my superhero squad, getting revenge on Wyverns that have caused me such grief. Getting back into the game with my horde of items and enchantments dispersed among 4 Leader/Heroes.
It's now very asymmetrical - I have twice as much (or more) in terms of territory and cities, but Inioch has a similar superiority in terms of heroes, which are extremely well-equipped on this map. Frost Drakes are also better than Basilisks in terms of map presence due to crossing walls, though they may be weaker in a given fight I think, unless breath weapon really helps them clear archer stacks.

Also this turn, my leader ( who was out raiding last turn) nearly got caught by an Ice Drake, gold medal and enchanted, which would've killed him. But with an equipment rejig I was able to comfortably fight a dragon ship + unbuffed icedrake safely.

Yeah had I played that turn differently I could have used a Centaur to force that combat but I didn't find you right away lol.
Got you this time.

I really liked that map, great concept. The independent Humans would have been fun to fight in single player but never felt I had time in multiplayer. I also liked that the teleporter levels were intuitive (top teleporter brings to top level, lower teleporter to lower level), but I was never sure if I was gonna land on the Arena or Blood Shrine :P

But definitely one of my new favourites, the late game teleporting/Town Gating on such a small map was pretty intense. Your 47MP had me worried, all my guys were 32MP. That was fun.

Earlier games on this map were a bit abortive, because instead of the musketeer garrison you had purchasable garrisons, leading to too much snowballing early aggression.

Now that those garrisons were added, the map truly is great! In this match, they were too strong, but with a mild weakening of those guys the map is pretty much perfect.

Incidentally I think their excessive strength made the Lizardmen OP this time, since their water mobility became more important early on.

But I still lost! Bah, maybe I shouldn't have pushed my luck with the raids like that - but I was worried that if I let up for a moment your heroes would start annihilating things.

For posterity's sake, Inioch teleported his hero stack plus some centaurs onto my leader. Was hoping he didn't have town gate - foolishly.
