Guys, nice to meet you all.
First of all, I'm just 4/5 hours into the game and I love it.
Now, dumb question: :
Is joining the thieves, the assassins, or the imperial guards specific to each individual city? If I join the assassins' guild in Teron, can I choose where to bump my head in the next city? Or is the choice set and, apart from some quests that allow betrayal/switching to other guilds, it's not possible to change from city to city?
Another matter: in Teron, there's Lord Antidas of House Daratan who, at a certain point when I meet him, asks if I want to pledge loyalty to him. Is this choice on a different level and unrelated to "guilds' choices"?. I think it's possible to join a faction (Assassins, Imperials, Merchants, Thieves) and, at the same time, take the side of a family, right?
And then, if I swear loyalty while I'm in Teron, to Antidas and House Daratan, can I still choose to take the sides of other families in the other cities? Or in this case too, once the choice is made, nothing can be changed?
Explain a bit for me, if you can, because I'm getting a bit lost and I wouldn't want to make choices that then block me.
And excuse me if I haven't been really clear!
Thank you!
