In the GOG Galaxy 1.2.57 window, for the game ADOM, the "Play" button is greyed out. When I go to "More" > "Manage Installation" the only option available is "Show Folder". I can not Verify/Repair the installation or even Uninstall, to try and Re-install the game. I can get the game to launch using the *.EXE file in the folder, but not everything seems to be working that way. Any Suggestions???

I keep having this issue too. So far, the only thing I have found that helps me is I open the Task Manager to make sure the game isn't still running in the background, then I fully close out of GOG Galaxy (right clicking it in the taskbar) and relaunch GOG, then the play but it back. Still would love a permanent fix for this. It is very annoying to have to do this every time I play this game, but the game is definitely good enough to be worth it for now.
