I have fully upgraded my sling but the "not a toy" achievement has not registered yet. Is this a glitch or bug. Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen in this game?

i just found one
the solution was to repair the C++ redistributable libraries
Once you repair one that asks you to reboot the OS, do it and try the games again.
how to :

Under Apps & features find the apps “Microsoft C++ <version> Redistributable <x86 and x64>” , click Modify,A dialog will appear, giving you the option to “Repair.” Click Repair and then allow the process to complete.
