radio_babylon: how well does this control with the mouse and keyboard? ive seen this compared to house of dead ninjas, and i dont remember if it REQUIRED a gamepad, or was just utterly unplayable without one, i only remember i uninstalled it about 60 seconds after starting it, and i dont want to wind up with another game similarly impossible to control...

I played this game quite comfortably with a KB+M combo. Walking is controlled using your standard WASD keys and you aim with the mouse. I have played Super House of Dead Ninjas myself and this game (99 Levels) controls nothing like that game where I was constantly thinking "Man, I seriously need a game pad!".
