Tried 3 times... every time I start the game, it shows the introductory screen and then it goes to black and freezes. CAn't Alt-tab, can't CTRL+ESC, can't ALT-F4, can't CTRL+ALT+DEL.

Any suggestions?

Andy,

Can you send your log files from the game (there is a logs folder in the root of the game folder) over to support@petroglyphgames.com? We definitely want to look into this for you.

I have been playing the game with no problems up until mission 13 of the campaign, but after something like the 5th or 6th nuclear strike the game crashes every time, I have sent the log files to support at the email you provided.

Hi Andy,

Sorry to hear you're still having this issue. I can confirm we got them after 8am this morning. We have already fixed a handful of infrequent crashes that players have found in the latest patch we're testing so maybe it's already handled.

Either way, I'll have our engineers look at this tomorrow morning.

Just installed the latest patch/build from GoG Galaxy. Same exact problem; crashes to black after showing a brief intro screen.
