Hello GOG-Team/Hello Community,
as “good old games”-fixers and app lovers, I would like to pitch you a "game" for PC and hope you will consider it.
I use a program called "Yourself!Fitness" which seems to be the only serious individualized fitness+diet program around for the PC. I usually do just the workout part twice a week while watching a TV episode, but if you are also looking for meal suggestions, this seems to be great. For watching the regular TV episodes you can set the fitness timer to easily match those. Also, the program frequently adjusts to your physical improvements or dimms down the excercises, if it was to hard. Fitness equipment can be added optionally.
Overall, I think this is a nice addition to general fitness and you can quickly squeeze this in anytime during your daily routine.
Sadly, after the Windows 11 KB5053598 update it doesn't start anymore. If I do a rollback of the update, it works again, so I assume this is update related. Could you maybe fix this and offer it on your website, as the original software developers don’t exist anymore? This would be awesome! I officially bought it back in 2010. For further information, "Wikipedia Yourself!Fitness" is useful.
What I tried lately:
I tried installing it again with the two CDs. It didn't start, due to an "Error 3: …" (see screenshot) graphics card problem. I then installed the patch 1.1, but this seemed to just remove the SafeDisk protection to add just a CD check protection instead – this would have been fine with me, but the "Error 3: ... " problem remained. The only way to start my program was to install the "Yourself!Fitness Vista NO-CD patch", as the developers didn't provide any other patches for the software. This fixed the “Error 3” graphics card bug for me and the application ran smoothly, until KB5053598 came along....
You can find the patch e.g. on gamecopyworld.
Personally, I'd gladly pay full price for the software again and hope for your vote.
Regards from Germany
