This game is an absolute classic. It is known as Fatal Racing where I came from (UK) but I believe the game is identical apart from that. The tracks were legendary, and it was a hoot in split screen multiplayer. One of the end tracks is just pure bonkers, with moving ramps and narrow canyon walls. I've never had a game quite scratch the itch that this game left behind. I can only describe it as a more realistic (slower paced) TrackMania, with touring cars, racing teams, brutal AI at times, and car damage meter to worry about. Pure brilliance from Gremlin. I want this game on GoG so that more people can enjoy it, including my kids. I managed to get DosBox working with it, so it shouldn't be too hard. Although, I can't get the 3dfx version to work, so I am sure with a little GoG restorative magic, this game will return to former glory.

WHIPLASH!!! (Fatal Racing in Europe) This game had so much good crazy 90's arcade energy that new racing games lack of. Stuff what makes this game so unforgettable : Crazy tracks (jumps, corkscrews and loops), Fatalities, Over the top announcer,Team strategy(you can give orders to your team member to slow down and bash other drivers). Theres 24 total tracks full of twists and turns and 8 teams with own cars. Multiplayer is fun (only tried split screen). Game is rough on the edges (framerate), but I think it is really fun and it is one of the most unique arcade racers for pc. I keep reinstalling this game with DOSBOX many times. Whiplash/Fatal Racing needs to be experienced. GOG needs to add this !!

It's the best racing game from the 90s, a hidden gem, most famous under the name Fatal Racing in Europe. 20 cars on the track, each with it's own AI which was pretty convincing for the days.

This game is insane. Loops, Jumps, pits, challenging AI, secret codes for more tracks(Goldboy,MrBonus anyone?) What is there NOT to love about this game. Played this back in college and with friends with a LAN setup. Such a hoot with everyone. Not sure why this HASNT been made available yet. All other Interplay games have been. Let's hope we see this soon!

This game is my childhood, the version I played, Fatal Racing, had Brazilian Portuguese narration and to this day I still remember the `woahhh` when going through loops and stuff. Never rereleased in any way, but I'm happy to see it here in this list.

Twisted Metal: Black Harbor City
Twisted Metal: Black Harbor CityTwisted Metal: Black was to have a sequel titled Twisted Metal: Black - Harbor City, though it was never officially announced and the project was later scrapped. Details on the game were revealed in the PlayStation 2 port of Twisted Metal: Head-On, Twisted Metal Head-On: Extra Twisted Edition. It was originally planned the levels of Harbor City to be greatly expanded and inter-connected with one another, giving a greater feeling of a single, complete world rather than stand-alone levels. The four completed levels were included in the game as a bonus feature entitled Twisted Metal: Lost.

In Time Trial, players beat their own times and earn medals (gold, silver and bronze). In Checkpoint Race, players collect as many hourglasses as they can before the time runs out. There are several tracks in the game. Also, in a track, most tracks have 2 shortcuts. "I Like to Move It", sung by Reel 2 Real, is the menu theme.
