Genres:Arcade
Themes:Action
Game modes:Single player
Story:WarHeads is a game set in an unexplored quadrant of space, in which competing players take turns to annihilate opposing players positioned near randomly placed planets. Every level takes place in a new solar system. The gameplay is largely similar to Scorched Earth and Worms with destructible environments, but with different mass and gravity for each planet that affects every missile. By surviving as long as possible the player earns points and money. There are about 50 different weapons for the space ship and there is an editor to customize all weapons as well. Afterwards these weapons can be shared through e-mail. The game can be played in single-player, head-to-head, over a local network or over the internet. Up to ten players simultaneously are supported.Show more

The object of the game is to cause other players to crash into one of these trails, one of the moving barriers, or the edge of the game area. The first player to win the required number of rounds wins the game, the default winning score is fifteen but this can be altered. An optional feature of this game is the use of missiles which can punch holes in the trails. There are four kinds of missiles available in the game, which the player picks them up by running into them, however each player can only carry one missile at a time.

Tron
TronUp to two players control light cycles that leave a solid light trail in their wake. The object of the game is to trap the other player by surrounding them with a light trail that they can't avoid crashing into – or forcing them to run into their own trail. Coming into contact with a light trail, either yours or the other player's, collapses your own trail and ends your turn. The player still standing at the end of the round wins.

System Mania
System ManiaSystem Mania is a management game where the player must flip switches, turn cranks and press buttons to fix machines. Each one of the 90 levels is a different machine, with an array of controls scattered around the screen. Using the mouse cursor, the player must interact with the ones that have a red warning light on. When fixed, the controls often throw bonus medals that must be quickly collected, before falling to the bottom of the screen. Switches and buttons only require one mouse click to be fixed. Wheels and cranks need to be turned around a couple of times to turn off the light. Cords have to be pulled by their handle. Sliders need to be dragged to a red indicator. Strings have to be plucked. Hourglasses need to be turned upside-down to move the sand to the other compartment. Some buttons have doors that open and close over them all the time, requiring precise timing to be pressed. Dials have to be turn to the number indicated in the red light. Gear sticks need to be placed on the correct position, also indicated by a number in the red light. The keypads have a numerical sequence displayed besides the red lights that must be typed in. The piano has a number assigned for each key, and the display shows the numbers of a tune that must be played. The TV has a joystick and a button, and the objective is to move a targeting cross over a square to destroy it. Each interaction gives a small amount of money that can be spent on power-ups, in a shop between levels. They appear as three yellow buttons on the screen, that help by slowing the game speed and changing other gameplay parameters. Random events occur to provide additional challenges, where the lights turn off, darkening the screen with the exception of a halo around the cursor, and steam clouds cover the screen making everything more difficult to read.

Dungeons and Dragons: Tower of Doom
Dungeons and Dragons: Tower of DoomTower of Doom is a side-scrolling arcade game featuring four different characters (cleric, dwarf, elf, fighter) fighting iconic Dungeons & Dragons monsters. Notable bosses include a troll that regenerates unless burned, a large black dragon, the dreaded Shadow Elf (Mystara's equivalent of the drow), a beholder, the optional superboss Flamewing (a great wyrm red dragon) and the final boss Deimos (an archlich). The gameplay is more technical than the average on beat'em up games. In addition to the usual basic attacks and jumping it includes blocking, strong attacks, turning attacks, dashing attacks, crouching and evading. It also requires the use of careful tactics, as most enemies have the same abilities as the heroes and can out-range them, too. As important as melee combat is ranged combat and the use of spells. Daggers, hammers, arrows and burning oils can be used as throwing weapons, and many enemies have similar weapons. Spells can be used by means of magical rings or by the two playable spellcasters (a cleric and an elf).
