Story:Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria is the second installment of the Valkyrie Profile series. Taking place hundreds of years before the original game, the story revolves around two characters living the same body, named Silmeria and Alicia. Together, the two characters work to stop a catastrophe that could cause war between the people and the gods. The game received generally positive reviews, citing its similarity to the original Valkyrie Profile game and its beautiful graphics, but had a convoluted interface and a high degree of difficulty. The game went on to be re-released as a Square Enix "Ultimate Release".Show more

Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria has: The best looking game ever The greatest soundtrack of all time The most unique battle system ever And a game filled to the brim with lore This game is timeless and there are so many small details that often get overlooked. This is a game for people who want to indulge in character management with combat that rivals even the most technical of action games with so many layers to it that it's hard to describe. There really isn't another game like it, this game blends in both action and strategy perfectly with countless different playstyles available to keep it fresh. The game isn't even long either but has plenty of replay value as there are a ton of characters to find and you can't get all of them on a single playthrough. There's also a bonus dungeon which has a lot of content in it too. All the characters have a ton of voice lines in battle and that's before we even talk about the story. This game is both an artistic and mechanical masterpiece and absolutely must be preserved for future generations.
I only just started playing this game last month, but I really like the lighting and graphics in this game especially when you consider how old this game is. I also like the way the Skill system works although it can be tedious to have to constantly switch out equipment every-so-often. The combat is challenging especially against bosses because they can oftentimes KO your entire party in a single round so you could try to separate team members and have the boss attack multiple people from different locations. I regret getting into the Valkyrie Profile franchise so late even though I knew about the franchise for years. I want this game on GOG because although it's an old game I feel it is still worth a playthrough and would like to get more people into the franchise.

Wolfenstein RPG
Wolfenstein RPGWolfenstein RPG is a first-person shooter and role-playing video game developed by id Software and Fountainhead Entertainment, released in September 2008 for mobile phones and in May 2009 for iOS. In 2013 the game was removed from App Store. The gameplay follows the recipe from Doom RPG as it is shown in the first person while being a turn-based role-playing game rather than a shooter and puts emphasis on the plot. Combat and movement are turn-based, allowing the player time to select their responses in combat. The player turns at 90 degree angles and moves space by space. One step or action by the player allows all other characters in the area to take one step or action themselves. The game takes advantage of its deliberately slow pace, encouraging players to take their time and check out every little corner, read the books on every bookshelf, and destroy all the furniture to see if anything is hidden within. Levels include underground passages and weapon development laboratories plus a level involving a moving vehicle. The game also includes two mini games: the card game War as well as Chicken Kicking, where the player is awarded points for kicking a chicken into a score area.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the WildThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the first 3D open-world game in the Zelda series. Link can travel anywhere and be equipped with weapons and armor found throughout the world to grant him various bonuses. Unlike many games in the series, Breath of the Wild does not impose a specific order in which quests or dungeons must be completed. While the game still has environmental obstacles such as weather effects, inhospitable lands, or powerful enemies, many of them can be overcome using the right method. A lot of critics ranked Breath of the Wild as one of the best video games of all time.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind WakerThe Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is the 10th sequel of the Legend of Zelda action-adventure series. It's the first game of the series to be set on a group of islands in the sea. Therefore, many of Link's actions base on sailing and travelling from island to island, making a baton for controlling the wind the key item of the game. Wind Waker is the first game of the Series with a cel-shaded graphic style. Since fans expected a Zelda game with realistic graphics like being shown at the Space World in 2000, the cel-shading look was critisized and discussed controversial for being too cartoonish.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight PrincessThe Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was initially developed with the Nintendo GameCube in mind, but ended up receiving a Wii port when it was released to promote the new console. This version has motion control compatibility for the sword and pointer controls for the menus, the bow and the boomerang. This version of the game has a completely inverted map and locations when comparing with the GameCube release. The change in layout was meant to adapt Link's usually left-handed design to right-handed people, given the motion controls.
