Ah, all the hours (wasted) on this awesome game with its wonderful music on the Commodore 64... Reached the end twice perhaps time for a third? (Luckily there are also plenty of remixes of the tunes with more being added).

I played this game to death back in the day on my Commodore 64! It was my favorite, and I really miss it! I spent hours playing, my eyes were as red as tomatoes. Sometimes I slept late into the day, and my parents had no idea what happened. :) It would be great if they modernized it! I see not many people are voting for it, but please make it happen! :) Thank you so much!
Those games also need your vote!

Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond
Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and BeyondMatt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond is designed as a 2D side scroller in order to give it a retro feel. You once again take on the role of Matt Hazard, parodying gaming clichés. In order to stop the evil Marathon MegaCorp from consigning Matt to certain death, he must travel back in time to stop them. In order to deal with the minions of Marathon, Matt will have an arsenal of standard weapons at his disposal that includes shotguns, plasma rifles, flamethrowers and grenades, which can be upgraded as the game progresses, you will also be able to find various power ups that will aid Matt's quest. The shoulder buttons also allow you to enter the precision aim mode, which allows you to conserve your limited ammunition. There is a two player co-op mode available, in which the second player assumes the role of Matt's partner, Dexter Dare.

Skullmonkeys
SkullmonkeysSomething has gone seriously wrong in Klayman's homeland -- Klogg, an evil megalomaniac, wants to destroy the land and basically rule over anything and everyone. Because the task can get difficult at times, he has enlisted the service of fearsome ape-like creatures, Skullmonkeys, to aid in the destruction of planet Idznak. Needless to say, it is up to the player to stop Klogg and his devious plans. Much like The Neverhood, Skullmonkeys is a 2D platformer built entirely of Claymation characters, enemies, and environments. Throughout the game's seven worlds spanning ninety levels, the basic objective of each is to destroy as many Skullmonkeys as possible. Destroying the simians can be done one of two ways: firing projectile weapons or butt-bouncing off their heads.
