It's vitally important to preserve the Sega Master System version of this game as I've only ever seen the inferior Game Gear version brought forward by Sega in collections.

Playing this game for the first time via Sonic Mega Collection Plus was an unforgettable experience, no doubt about that. Even though I'd never gotten far, I knew that someday, I would.

This game is great. I love how the emeralds are scattered across the stages instead of special stages, this incentives exploration which is a major point of Sonic. There are so many special things about this game but it keep it short: bridge zone theme.

Sly 2: Band of Thieves
Sly 2: Band of ThievesSly 2: Band of Thieves is a stealth-action platformer developed by Sucker Punch Productions and released for PlayStation 2 in 2004. Players control Sly Cooper and his gang as they attempt to dismantle the Klaww Gang and recover the scattered parts of Clockwerk. The game expands on its predecessor with open-ended mission structures, multiple playable characters, and improved stealth mechanics. The story takes place two years after Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. In the first game, Sly was becoming a professional thief, but in Band of Thieves, he is a professional thief, so he retains all of the moves from the first game. He also earns new moves and gains different items to assist him in his dark craft. Players might start a level as Sly, and then after completing a particular task, players switch to Bentley, and Murray, respectively.

Tonic Trouble
Tonic TroubleTonic Trouble is a 3D platforming video game by Ubisoft Montreal. The story follows the main character, Ed, after a magic potion spills on the Earth and causes vegetables to become living killers. The game was received poorly; critics cite poor controls, a wordy exposition, and sloppy graphics (on the N64 version). The N64 version of the game is a port of the PC version with noticeable differences, such as a substantially different opening due to the lack of processing power needed to render cutscenes, and different music in certain places. The game is often compared to another game published by Ubisoft called Rayman 2: The Great Escape, because both are 3D platformers, both have main characters of a similar design (hands and feet without arms or legs), and both were released around the same time.

The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey & Minnie
The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey & MinnieThe game ditches the alternating two-player method in favor of simultaneous co-op. Another new feature is a password back-up. Both Mickey and Minnie are identical gameplay-wise, and the costumes they receive don't differ from each other in any aspect except aesthetically. The costumes include a sweeper, which can suck enemies and turn them into coins, a safari suit that can climb walls and swing from hooks and a cowboy suit that shoots corks and maneuvers by bouncing. The latter two outfits can be upgraded at a shop. The Genesis version of the game includes a cosmetic change for the stage 5 boss and an extra room in stage 3.

Rocket: Robot on Wheels
Rocket: Robot on WheelsFirst-time Nintendo 64 developer Sucker Punch Studios jumped onto the scene with a highly original 3D platformer. The design philosophy behind the title is simple -- rather than build the platformer around the main character, the software house opted instead to focus on the interactivity of the 3D environments he travels. To that end, Rocket employs an advanced physics engine which allows the main character, a lovable unicycle-based robot named Rocket, to travel and experiment with colorful, platform-esque worlds with realistic gravity and inertia. Every object has its own set of lifelike attributes that must be "weighed" into consideration when solving puzzles.
