My first ever PC adventure game, back in the 90s. I was too young, barely spoke English, and had never played anything even remotely similar. I would start it and look at it, sometimes an hour at a time, without able to do anything with my mouse or keyboard. Then one day, after clicking aimlessly forever, Simon moved. It was magic. Turns out, the version I had installed on my computer had some corrupted files or something like that, which made command/inventory bar at the bottom half of the screen completely invisible. After getting Simon to move by chance clicking, I reinstalled the game. And my life changed forever.
