The hype this game has back in the 90s was just unavoidable. Magazines and TV shows such as Bad Influence where saying this was going to be the next best thing, State of the art 3d enviroments, AI that learns your moves.... NOPE!! It was terrible, BUT it has its charm. I loved the 90s-ness of this game. And yes even terrible games deserve to be preserved.

Soul EdgeSoul Edge is a 3D arcade fighting game and the first in the Soul series, it is one of the first 3D fighting game in history that place a particular emphasis on the story of the fighters. Each character have their own weapon, allowing for a wide range of play styles. The slower, longer ranged characters try to deliver their heavy blows from a distance whereas the quicker, faster characters try to get in as close as possible and deliver quick-hitting attacks.

FX FighterFX Fighter is a video game developed by Argonaut Games and released by GTE Entertainment in 1995. It was an early realtime 3D fighting game to be developed for the PC. The game was also being developed for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, but eventually only the PC CD-ROM version for MS-DOS was released.
