Story:Mary Skelter Finale is a first-person dungeon crawling RPG with grid-based movement and a turn-based combat system. Characters are based on fairy tales but the game has a job system allowing for skill customization.
The story is about attempting to break out of a nightmarish prison.
A new feature to the series allows the player to control multiple groups across the dungeons in order to progress.
There are 6 preset groups of 4-7, with over 30 characters.
Mary Skelter Finale is set to be the end of the Mary Skelter story and has included a feature to re-watch/read story scenes from the main and side scenarios for both of the previous games, though the voiceovers aren't included. It also includes a side story made ahead of the first game and the visual novel included as a pre-order bonus of the second game.
The extra content also includes a Gallery mode to view video and CG scenarios or background art. A music mode for the background music and a character mode to view the different characters information.Show more

I have little complicated relationship with this franchise. I dropped original MS:N about halfway through, for a few years. Not even sure about the reason why. Maybe after learning that they did timeline shenanigans in MS2 and the whole original MS:N is retconed / replaced and I'd have to replay it anyway. Or something shiny distracted me. Still, later I picked MS2 (and it's builtin MS:N remake) - and finished both to 100% over 2 or 3 weeks. It does have it's own closure, but it's obvious there is more. It's weird that finale is missing. It's even weirder considering IFI seems to have good relationship with GoG. They released older games here (Dragon star varnir, Death end) and newer (Toky clanpool). Yet MS finale is still missing. Doesn't make the slightest sense. Almost as if someone forgot they didn't release it yet. Maybe it would be enough to just ask. So, this is me, politely asking.

The game returns to the traditional gameplay style of the first two Langrisser games. You create your character and choose his class by answering questions in the beginning of the game (similar to Ultima games). Before the battles, you should recruit mercenaries, buy weapons and items, etc. Once in battle mode, you command several units led by stronger generals. Each unit has its own "judgment" ability"; units with high judgment ability will perform more moves during a turn.
The story of Langrisser V is closely connected to the one told in Langrisser IV - the two games form a kind of a sub-series within the Langrisser universe.
The game's plot revolves around Sigma, an artificial human created by the great warlock and scientist Gizarov. One say, Sigma is awakened from his sleep inside a storage crystal in one of Gizarov's labs by Lambda, a girl who was also created by the scientist. Apparently, a powerful lord named Rainforce has invaded Gizarov's laboratory with the intention of destroying it. Meanwhile, a powerful artificial human called Omega, another "child" of Gizarov, distracts Rainforce. The two heroes flee to Regenburg, a country under Gizarov's rule, only to find out that they will soon have to stop a greater evil endangering the world - a new leader of darkness, who is after the powerful evil sword Alhazard...
Langrisser V features classical Langrisser-style gameplay: you prepare your units before a battle, buy items etc., and in battle control various types of army units (archers, pikemen, etc.), together with the generals. The "Judgment System" from the previous game is back: your units can perform several moves per turn depending on their "judgment level". Like in Langrisser III, there is an element of "love simulation" in the game - at certain points you'll have to choose between various answers that will determine the further development of your relationship with the female party members.

Laser SquadLaser Squad is a turn-based tactics war game where the player completes objectives such as rescue or retrieval operations, or simply eliminating all of the enemy by taking advantage of cover, squad level military tactics, and careful use of weaponry. The squad's team members are maneuvering around a map one at a time, taking actions such as move, turn, shoot, pick up and so on that use up the unit's action points. More heavily laden units may tire more easily, and may have to rest to avoid running out of action points more quickly in subsequent turns. Morale also plays a factor; a unit witnessing the deaths of his teammates can panic and run out of the player's control.

Laser Squad originally came with five mission scenarios, with an expansion pack released for the 8-bit versions, containing a further two scenarios.
