Honestly, get in contact with MattKC on YouTube. He's made a program called LEGO Island Rebuilder that makes it play on modern systems. He's also currently decomping the game.

this game unironically was fundamental in developing my own personal taste in video games. While the game is light in content, just the whole ambience of being able to vibe on an island and explore at your own pace made this game always something i could go back to in both childhood and adulthood. If only it was easy to run, as even at the time i remember having troubles getting the game to render and nowadays there's all sorts of fan compatibility patches that have to be done in order to get it working. If this game got the GoG treatment, it would mean a lot to me.

This game has a very unique history. Not only when it comes to the game itself but also it's development. Probably one reason why it hasn't seen the light of day on modern platforms. But it still has a strong community of passionate fans and it would be great to see it return to the spotlight in form of a re-release.

This is one of the first video games I ever played. I was about 6 years old at a friend's house decades ago. I remember being blown away by the visuals at the time.

This was the very first PC game I ever remember playing and one of the first open world games I remember playing as well. I always enjoyed exploring the island, laughing at the absurdity, and enjoying the jukebox and the Brickalini's Pizza Place (Those songs are darn catchy)!

I struggled to make this game work on my grandpa's PC for weeks. When I finally did, I discovered the very first open world I'd ever seen -- at least in my kid's mind, cause in reality, it's a point & click.

one of my absolute favorite games as a child. I'm astonished they haven't done more with it over the past few decades, especially since Lego games took off over the past decade and a half

I played a lot of the early Lego games when I was a kid and this was one of them. I loved the mini-games, the characters, the voice acting, and some of the random events that occurred. It also had a very memorable soundtrack.

I have never gotten the chance to experience this game myself, though I have heard countless stories of how fun and nostalgic it was. I would love to have the chance to experience it myself.

This game was the first open-world lego game. The lego games we have today wouldn't exist without this one. It is game history preservation at stake if we don't rerelease it for modern hardware.
Those games also need your vote!
