The only "gals panic like" game I've ever played and as written in the description, it's not only a clone of Qix with gals to reveal (non nude here), but it has some nice bullet hell elements. I played it a lot, but I've never completed it. I would really like to replay it for some fun and to refresh memories of time spent with it.
