Recently played this again and it's solid. I think PS2 horror and adventure games need to be preserved - they offer a lot for a genre that's boiled down to jumpscares, depression, and "The main character may not be entirely sane". The generation offered a lot of different flavors of horror, from RE and SH to more niche titles like Siren, Cold Fear, and Extermination. I'd see my dad play this a lot and I wouldn't know what was going on, but MAN the atmosphere was something else.
