I remember being at Gamescom 2018 when i was working on this game, and seeing and talking with the fans was a delight. While i have left the company years ago, Anno 1800 has always stayed special to me.

I've played and loved other Anno games -- particularly 1701 and 1404 -- but refuse to buy 1800 with Denuvo, Ubisoft launcher account requirement, and always-online requirement for a single-player game. I'm resisting the current 90% discounted $5.99 Steam price for all those reasons. A clean Anno 1800 on GOG would be an insta-buy.
I have 20k Hours in this game. So many different ways to play this beautiful game. Also the Mods are constantly being made. This game like other Anno titles should always be available!
Been a fan of the Anno Series since Anno 1503. One of the best world building strategy games in my perspective. Great mix of exploration, supply chain optimisation with a splash of politics and war. Depending on your taste you can play in so many styles.

Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland
Harvest Moon: Save the HomelandThe first Harvest Moon game for the PS2 takes a little deviance from all the other games in the series. The goal this time around is to save your town from being turned into a resort next year. The game focuses more on relationships than making money - which is the goal in all other Harvest Moon games to date. You still are running a farm and must succeed in the life of a farmer, but the actual gameplay rewards those who interact with the townspeople over those who just work the fields.
