TronTron is a coin-operated arcade video game manufactured and distributed by Bally Midway in 1982. It is based on the Walt Disney Productions motion picture Tron released in the same year. The game consists of four subgames inspired by the events of the science fiction film. TronAs each player drives around the game area they leave a solid trail behind them. The object of the game is to cause other players to crash into one of these trails, one of the moving barriers, or the edge of the game area. The first player to win the required number of rounds wins the game, the default winning score is fifteen but this can be altered.
An optional feature of this game is the use of missiles which can punch holes in the trails. There are four kinds of missiles available in the game, which the player picks them up by running into them, however each player can only carry one missile at a time.
TronUp to two players control light cycles that leave a solid light trail in their wake. The object of the game is to trap the other player by surrounding them with a light trail that they can't avoid crashing into – or forcing them to run into their own trail. Coming into contact with a light trail, either yours or the other player's, collapses your own trail and ends your turn. The player still standing at the end of the round wins.Action
Suzuki Alstare Extreme RacingSuzuki Alstare Exteme Racing is a motorcycle racing game with the Suzuki license. It has two playing modes: time trial (single races against four to seven AI racers) and the championship which are 16 successive races on the 16 courses. At first there are only two motorbikes available, but successes in time trial mode unlock better ones to use in the championship. Also restricted is the number of available time trial courses; the rest also has to be unlocked first. The player can perform a wheelie which causes a considerate, temporary acceleration.
