As the key player on defense, you've got to have speed, stamina and smarts. As the quarterback, you've got to read an unforgiving defense that takes no prisoners. Winning at 4th & Inches will take all the moves of a #1 draft choice plus the tactical genius of a veteran head coach.

This game is present in every 8/16 bit system for a reason.
It's very playable,arcade - like and fun.
I can understand that european players (like I am) might not get it,since the game does not explain the game rules in no way, but it's simple enoguh to grasp.
Keep in mind that manuals also exist for a reason.
I will buy this eventually in GOG to support them, but at the moment I play this game on C64 and amiga 500, where the game is top notch-
Amiga also has the construction kit if you're into that. DOS version it's pretty much the same as Amiga version.
Keep in mind both Amiga and C64 have better sound than this version.
The game is super fun with interesting choices on what plays you want to make. It doesn't burden you with in-depth details of the sport, but offers a fun arcade like experiance. Something I will certainly be coming to play again.
