I love all three Tad movies !
It's nice to see that there is a video game who is looking pretty nice, and that it's sold here :)
I have the vaguest recollection of seeing some posters and a trailer for a Tad movie a while back. It looked pretty terrible from what I remember. As a game it might be a bit more interesting, I wish there was a demo to get a better idea of what it's like.

Wait, there were three of them? I recognized Tad here, but didn't know there were three movies already.

Yes absolutely ! :) First movie is already 12 years old (it's from 2012, oh my). Third one released two years ago.
I hope this studio will keep up doing films with their spirit !
Tad the Lost Explorer

I'm sorry devs, but I find double-jumps off-putting.

It's a pity, since the rest of the game looks really nice.
Hm, well the Tad game doesn't look awful.

Is this the first direct movie tie-in release on GOG? Off the top of my head I can't think of any others.
Reading the description of MeteoHeroes and all I can think is, "By your powers combined, I am Captain Planet!"

Wouldn't this qualify as well?

Tad is another interesting title, but I'll just watch some reviews before I make a decision! :)

Double jump seems to have become a canon in platformers :(
I hope more devs came out with interesting alternative mechanics to it.

Oh, yeah that one does technically count as it's licensed and takes place alongside the events of the movie even if it's not directly following it.
This or this also has been available on GOG.

The Dark Crystal series tie-in still is.
