Pickpocket42: Well, tbh, after playing Kotor 2, and seeing the character of Kreia, I felt that the original SW films lacked that philosophical/political depth that the kotor series had (even if unfinished).
Unfinished no more! My dude/dudette, allow me introduce you to the restoration mods for KOTOR II. I believe this is the most up to date version, but you might wanna do some more research about TSLRCM. This mod restores a ton of content to the game, from outfits to quests. I have it myself and it's an amazing addition to the game, definitely worth checking out.

does that include the droid planet or is that a separate mod?
I'm not sure. The mod description does mention the droid planet (M4-78, I think?), but you might wanna look into the description of contents, which should be somewhere on that page. If it isn't included, then it's another mod that is worth picking up.

I'm actually more curious about how buggy the planet used to be. It's been a few years but back when I last played it, the planet had a terrible problem in spots with FPS. At first I thought it was my shit computer but looking around the web I learned it was a known problem on all machines. Like I said, this is several years ago so I'm guessing it's something they ironed out.

TBH the planet is kind of boring but I loved having it there for the concept and because it let HK be the main character for a while.

Sorry if I'm rambling. I can't put into words how much I love these games, and I go off on these boring rants. :P

nice info there, tho I knew about the restored content mod, but never checked it out...now that i think of it, it came out just when i finished kotor 2 the 100th time, and so I was kinda not really into playing more. :D
simple solution, i woudn't buy here, one won't get that kind of trouble at an other shop
