Does anyone know why War of the Lance wasn't offered in the Gold Box collections on GOG/Steam? [I know it wasn't a "Gold Box" game - it just seems strange that it's a D&D SSI title that isn't out there.]

I would LOVE to get this game on GOG, at ANY price! I used to play the crap out of it with my C64.
